About The Position

This role requires a thorough understanding of buy-side asset management operations. The analyst will assist in developing business cases for new digital transformation projects, working closely with business users to develop strategies that help them understand digital advancements. The position involves setting clear objectives and timelines, and providing hands-on experience in collaborating with diverse business and technology teams to establish suitable digital transformation systems. Critical thinking, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence business stakeholders are highly valued. The analyst must be aware of policies and ensure their development, maintenance, and implementation comply with the regulatory framework. Responsibilities include the analysis and design of key user journeys and assisting during implementation. The client's business areas include Fintech, Asset Management, Issuer communication equities trading, and fixed income instruments. The client environment utilizes Java/JEE/Spring, Tomcat, and SQL scripting.
