The Capital Management team at State Street is looking for a highly motivated individual to drive meaningful analysis around key Capital Planning practices. The individual should have strong analytical skills and a desire to learn and grow with a fast-paced team within Global Treasury. Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively communicate with key external stakeholders as well as create concise and influential presentation materials
• Strong quantitative aptitude/skills
• Ability to think critically to understand existing problems and identify opportunities for solutions
• Ability to interpret and analyze data sets with minimal direction in a time sensitive environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong PC skills, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of State Street’s capital profile, core business lines, P&L, and balance sheet a plus
• Advanced degree or degree in the field of Finance, Accounting or Economics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the RRP office and drive methodology and production of RRP framework issues related to capital (e.g., RCAP)
• Support State Street’s capital FX hedging program
• Support Global Capital Management activities related to U.S. entities.
• Coordinate with international colleagues on GCM distributions.
• Support management of State Street’s Parent Company Liquidity position.
• Support Capital Planning efforts more broadly
