We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Buy Team. This is an individual contributor role with full lifecycle ownership—you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-value medical aesthetic devices (lasers and energy-based systems) from initial outreach through final delivery. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing the entire deal flow—agreement, inspection, and logistics—while proactively contributing to our overall inventory strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in high-volume outbound sales or capital equipment procurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage and close complex deals, consistently exceeding KPIs and quotas.
  • Mastery in negotiation, relationship management, and multi-project prioritization.
  • A "hunter" mentality, process-oriented, and highly accountable. You thrive in a metric-driven, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, other CRM platforms a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the aesthetics or healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, social) to identify and acquire assets.
  • Lead the entire procurement lifecycle, including pricing strategy, contract negotiation, equipment inspection (remote/virtual), and delivery logistics.
  • Maintain precise CRM data and reporting to ensure total visibility into the procurement funnel.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and independently implement solutions to ensure deal velocity and operational efficiency.
