Requirements

Over 5 years of concrete experience, with a strong background in footings and foundations.
Demonstrated leadership experience as a foreman or crew leader.
Ability to interpret and execute work from blueprints without supervision.
Solid command of levels, elevations, and site layout.
High sense of responsibility: commitment to take the job from start to finish.
Reliable, organized, and production-focused individual.
Ability to manage crews and maintain a positive, results-oriented work culture.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage foundation/footing crews on residential and/or commercial projects.
Interpret blueprints, site layouts, elevations, and technical specifications.
Coordinate daily production goals and ensure adherence to schedules.
Oversee formwork (setting forms), rebar/reinforcement placement, concrete pouring, and finishing.
Maintain quality control and ensure work is built to specifications.
Enforce safety regulations and company procedures.
Maintain constant communication with project managers, inspectors, and other subcontractors.
Train and develop crew members.
