Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Administration Access leadership team in the role of Capacity Manager. Plans, develops, and manages the Capacity Management Team. Provides direction and leadership to Capacity Analysts and Decision Tree Analysts and ensures that all appropriate staff job functions are performed accurately and efficiently. Responsible for analysis, development, and implementation of methods and systems to maintain and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services and functions. This is a hybrid role Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM expected to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Key Relationships Reports to : Operations Director Direct Reports: 13 Key Relationships : Epic Teams Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Management, Organization Management, or related health field) or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required. Requires 4-6 years of relevant experience. Experience or working knowledge of Epic Cadence is preferred. Requirements
