About The Position

Use Your Power for Purpose As a member of the Clinical Trial Capability Advancement (CTCA) team, the Senior Associate supports the advancement of Pfizer’s global clinical trial capabilities, including supporting the identification and implementation of innovative solutions. The role serves as a business analyst, partnering with study teams to embed new capabilities at the study level to accelerate recruitment, enhance execution, increase flexibility, and reduce clinical trial burden across all Therapeutic Areas in the R&D portfolio. The Senior Associate conducts industry research, develops workflows, elicits and documents requirements, and recommends pragmatic solutions. The role also provides operational support across portfolio initiatives, including data tracking, meeting facilitation, agenda development, user training, and ongoing initiative support. What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: Work as a business analyst supporting Clinical Trial Capability Advancement initiatives Partner with colleagues to understand, document, and optimize business processes and requirements Ensure initiatives align with CTCA strategy and broader business priorities, track progress across the project lifecycle Demonstrate curiosity and capability to learn, support, and enable the rollout of new processes and technologies Collaborate across functions and organizational levels to identify, plan, and advance clinical trial capability initiatives across Pfizer’s R&D portfolio

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science, technical, business, or related discipline
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting process change and/or technology implementations in Pharmaceutical R&D or business environments
  • 2-5 years of experience in business analysis
  • 2-5 years of experience in program and/or project management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with cultural awareness
  • Working knowledge of basic data analytics tools, platforms, or approaches
  • Familiarity with Pfizer R&D, particularly Clinical Development & Operations
  • Effective in a matrixed environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Elicits and documents requirements across disciplines and levels
  • Solid facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging from study teams to senior leadership
  • Culturally aware and inclusive
