About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Capa Bartender to provide dining support in Capa, our Michelin-starred Spanish-influenced cuisine, rooftop steakhouse and bar. This role requires 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience and a sincere willingness to provide excellent service to guests and peers. The ideal candidate will have good organizational skills, the ability to work independently and under pressure, and a strong work ethic. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is necessary, along with fluency in English and legal work authorization in the United States.

Requirements

Prior experience in bartending/ food & beverage
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Ensure each bar guest is greeted promptly, courteously and graciously with eye contact, and a smile
Provides resort guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, following the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons hotels standards of service.
Complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that all the details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.
Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities.
Expected to read each table and adapt to the guests creating a customized experience.
Maintain high level of cleanliness, organization, and stocking at the bar.
Execute same level of food knowledge and sequence of service as restaurant servers.
