About The Position

This role is designed as a management development position where you’ll learn the business from the ground up while developing the skills needed to lead your own team. You’ll work directly with experienced leaders while learning sales fundamentals, team leadership, performance tracking, accountability systems, and recruiting and developing talent. Sunbelt Home Solutions is a multi-million-dollar home improvement company and one of the fastest-growing organizations in Florida, expanding aggressively in St. Petersburg. They are searching for motivated professionals who want to be trained into leadership and management. They prefer candidates with some experience, but what truly matters is mindset, work ethic, and the willingness to learn their proven system. They are looking for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and ready to build and lead a team.

Knock doors and generate appointments for homeowners
Introduce homeowners to impact windows, doors, and Tex-Cote lifetime exterior coating
