About The Position

This isn't your typical door-to-door gig. You'll be the first person to build and lead Destiny Painting's canvassing team from scratch, setting the standard, shaping the culture, and earning serious money while you do it. Top performers earn $82k–$114k on-target. We're at an exciting stage of growth, and we're looking for someone special to pioneer our neighborhood outreach program here in Tacoma. That means you won't just be knocking doors. You'll be laying the foundation for a team, building the playbook, and leaving your mark on how we grow in this market. Requirements

• Previous canvassing, door-to-door sales, or construction industry experience preferred
• Strong communicator who can explain things simply, clearly, and with confidence
• A leader at heart who naturally takes ownership and brings others along
• Ability to walk for extended periods in residential neighborhoods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, though not required

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods across Tacoma to generate leads and book estimates, leading by example in the field every day
• Help recruit, onboard, and coach a door-to-door team as the program grows
• Place yard signs strategically throughout the area and document placements with photos
• Track canvassing data including doors knocked, conversations, and appointments booked in our field app
• Attend weekly Goal Alignment Meetings and 1-on-1 coaching sessions with leadership
• Collaborate with our marketing team to make sure canvassing routes align with mailers, digital ads, and flyer delivery
