About The Position
Schmidt Roofing is seeking motivated and energetic Canvassers to join our growing team. This is a field-based role focused on generating qualified appointments for our sales team through door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, engaging with people, and earning strong income through a combination of hourly pay and performance-based incentives.
Requirements
- Outgoing, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must reside in Winona, MN.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods
- Generate qualified appointments for roofing inspections
- Educate homeowners on roofing services and storm damage awareness
- Track daily activity, leads, and performance metrics
- Represent Schmidt Roofing professionally in the field
- Work closely with sales leadership to achieve weekly and monthly goals
