About The Position
Window Nation is hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers to help with lead generation and local outreach in Mentor, OH & surrounding communities. The company transforms homes with quality window and door replacements, focusing on craftsmanship, innovation, and customer satisfaction. This role involves engaging homeowners through door-to-door outreach, representing the company at community events, and working towards sales goals. Paid training and coaching are provided, with no prior sales experience required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods of time, with or without accommodation
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in field canvassing, door to door outreach, sales, customer service, retail, lead generation, or event promotion
- Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with new people
Responsibilities
- Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach to discuss quality window products.
- Provide helpful information by following simple presentations and scripts.
- Represent Window Nation at local community events and fairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly answering homeowner questions about window products.
- Work towards achievable sales goals with the support of the experienced team.
