About The Position

This role is for a Canvasser who will be the first interaction homeowners have with the brand, generating revenue and creating opportunities. The position is performance-driven and people-facing, with earnings directly impacted by effort. It involves engaging homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, identifying interest in premium window and door improvement solutions, setting in-home consultation appointments, and tracking activity. Success is defined by consistent homeowner engagement, appointment setting, and direct impact on team revenue and personal earnings. This is described as business development at the ground level, building pipeline and creating opportunity.

Requirements

  • Comfortable walking neighborhoods for several hours per day
  • Basic technology skills (tablet/scheduling tools)
  • Reliable, consistent, and accountable
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
