Window Nation is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our Canvassing team in the Columbus, Ohio area. This role involves engaging homeowners through door-to-door outreach to share information about Window Nation's replacement window and door products. The company is a leading home remodeling company with nearly 20 years of experience, known for craftsmanship, innovation, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for those who enjoy talking with people, working outdoors, and being part of an energetic team. No prior sales experience is necessary, as Window Nation provides paid training, coaching, and career growth opportunities. The canvassers will support lead generation and neighborhood outreach in the Columbus metro area and surrounding communities.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of work experience
Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation

Nice To Haves

Experience in canvassing, customer service, retail, door-to-door outreach, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable starting conversations with new people

Responsibilities

Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach
Share information about Window Nation’s replacement window and door products
Follow simple presentations and talking points provided during training
Represent Window Nation at local events, community festivals, and retail activations
Generate qualified leads and appointment opportunities for the sales team
Deliver excellent customer service and answer homeowner questions professionally
Work outdoors while walking and standing for portions of your shift
