About The Position

Weather Built Homes is a premier provider of residential replacement services specializing in roofing, windows, and siding. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced door-to-door canvassing manager to join our dynamic team and lead our canvassing efforts. As the Canvas Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of canvassers who go door-to-door to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. Your role is crucial in expanding our customer base and ensuring the success of our canvassing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in door-to-door canvassing management, preferably in the home improvement industry (roofing, windows, siding).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading, training, and managing a team of canvassers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and develop effective strategies.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and representing Weather Built Homes professionally.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record are required.
  • 1 year of sales experience (Preferred)
  • Bilingual (Preferred)
  • Day Shift availability (Preferred)
  • Ability to Commute to Vancouver, WA 98662 (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and hire qualified canvassers to build a solid and effective team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires to ensure they are well-prepared and knowledgeable about our products and services.
  • Oversee the canvassing team's daily activities, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Track and analyze team performance, setting goals and expectations to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine canvassing strategies and campaigns to maximize lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Ensure all canvassing activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
