About The Position

WinChoice USA is seeking an ambitious Canvass Manager to lead, recruit, train, and develop our neighborhood canvassing team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on generating qualified appointments for our residential window and door sales team while building a high-performance culture. We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, coach team members to success, and help grow a department that supports the company's continued expansion.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of canvassing, field marketing, appointment setting, outside sales, or related experience
  • 1+ year of leadership, supervisory, recruiting, or training experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing canvassing teams
  • Home improvement, roofing, solar, pest control, security, or related industry experience
  • CRM or lead-tracking experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain canvassing team members
  • Manage daily field operations, schedules, territories, and team performance
  • Conduct field coaching on communication, appointment setting, and homeowner engagement
  • Track lead generation, appointment quality, and key performance metrics
  • Hold team members accountable to production and quality standards
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to improve results and territory strategy
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional team culture
