About The Position

As Sunbelt Home Solutions continues to expand, we are hiring experienced and motivated individuals to take the keys and be a Canvass Van Manager in St. Pete. This opportunity is designed for candidates with prior experience in sales, canvassing, or team management who are ready to take the next step into leadership. If you’re competitive, driven, and ready to lead by example, this role offers a direct path into management through hands-on field training, leadership development, and performance-based advancement. At Sunbelt Home Solutions, we specialize in hurricane impact windows, doors, and Tex-Cote coatings — and we’re looking for future leaders who are ready to build and manage successful canvassing teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or management preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership potential
  • Competitive, energetic, and highly motivated
  • Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
  • Coachable with a strong work ethic
  • Ready to lead by example and grow into management
  • Local to the St. Pete/Tampa area or willing to relocate
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Clean driving record preferred for management advancement

Responsibilities

  • Work directly in the field generating leads and setting appointments door to door
  • Learn Sunbelt’s canvassing systems, leadership structure, and field operations
  • Train alongside experienced managers and top-performing canvassers
  • Develop skills in recruiting, coaching, territory management, and team leadership
  • Learn how to manage daily production, morale, and field performance
  • Complete a 30-day hands-on training program designed to prepare you for management
  • Earn your promotion into a Canvass Van Manager role through performance and leadership
  • Manage and lead a canvassing team
  • Oversee daily field operations and team production
