Sunbelt Home Solutions is hiring a high-performing Canvass Van Manager in St. Pete. This role is for a lead-driven professional who thrives in the field, leads by example, and knows how to close the deal before it even hits the table. Sunbelt Home Solutions is a fast-growing home improvement company offering hurricane impact windows, doors, and Tex-Cote coatings, and they need a field-savvy leader to drive their canvassing efforts.

Requirements

• Comfortable knocking doors, coaching reps, and owning a daily number
• Hungry, high-energy, and ready to outperform the average
• Local to the St. Pete area, with a clean driving record
• Must be 18 or older to apply

Responsibilities

• Take the wheel of a company-branded vehicle, hit targeted neighborhoods, and generate hot leads
• Lead a team of canvassers by example — coaching, motivating, and jumping in the field generating your own leads
• Identify high-potential areas and turn doors into deals
• Set appointments for homeowners seeking window, door, and coating upgrades
