Cantonese speaking Caregiver
About The Position
Right at Home is seeking a Cantonese-speaking caregiver for overnight shifts in Hawaii Kai. Requirements
- Ability to speak Cantonese fluently (required)
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional)
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive nature
- Ability to stay awake and alert during overnight shifts
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, can obtain after hire)
- 2-step TB test (preferred, can obtain after hire)
Responsibilities
- Provide overnight supervision and companionship
- Communicate with client in Cantonese for comfort and clarity
- Assist with nighttime routines and safety monitoring
- Provide medication reminders as needed
- Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, calm environment
- Assist with mobility and personal care if needed
