Canopy Anywhere Supervisors provide oversight and support to assigned Therapists, Hope Coaches and Pathfinders. Supervisors are responsible for monitoring day-to-day service delivery to youth, coordinating processes, and managing the people on their team. Supervisors strive for high efficiency and fidelity as well as cultivating a supportive and motivating atmosphere while working with remote team members. Supervisors set clear goals and expectations, provide regular support and feedback, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, support systemic and individual growth and development, coach and monitor fidelity to the Science of Hope framework with staff. Supervisors promote self-care, track progress, and promote and support continuous quality improvement.
