About The Position

Parallel Employment is hiring for Canning Filler Line Operators! As a Canning Filler Line Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining canning filler line equipment to ensure efficient production of canned products. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with canning or filling machinery
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and regulations

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor canning filler line machinery throughout the production shift
• Set up equipment and tooling according to product specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following company and safety guidelines
• Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
