About The Position

Viridian Staffing's Client is seeking a skilled Cannabis Bulk Sales Account Representative in the Los Angeles or San Bernardino, California, area. This is an opportunity to join a premier cultivator of high-quality cannabis products and become a key driver of their sales success. The position involves weekly travel to the Victorville area. The role requires a robust network and a proven track record of success selling to top-tier cannabis brands known for purchasing premium flower. The representative will be the driving force behind all wholesale and distribution networks, crafting innovative sales strategies and building new business accounts from the ground up. The role involves leveraging expertise to introduce the client's products to the market, generating significant sales, and expanding reach. Exceptional customer service, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals and build lasting professional relationships are essential. The ideal candidate will have in-depth cannabis knowledge to educate brands on product benefits.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for daily job functions.
1+ years of experience in wholesale sales to cannabis processing brands.
A successful and active cannabis wholesale book of business.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel) or Google suite (including Sheets, Drive, and Calendar).
A solid understanding of cannabis product variables (Distillate & CO2, Indoor & Outdoor, CBD/THC/Terpenes, etc.).
Exceptional client relationship-building skills and superior written/verbal communication.
