About The Position

Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for Temporary, Experienced Cannabis Trimmers to help with on-site post-harvests three days every month in the Mount Vernon, Washington, area. Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the Original staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 8 hours/day
• Cannabis trimming experience
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands, while holding scissors
• Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to take direction
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
• Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
• Ability to arrive on time
• Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Washington, which includes being at least 21 years of age
