About The Position

At Your Green Package, the Cannabis Transporter is primarily responsible for a daily route of deliveries from marijuana establishments to other marijuana establishments. The Cannabis Transporter will coordinate with the dispatch team to make sure products are delivered in a timely manner. The Cannabis Transporter position is a hybrid role that combines driving a delivery vehicle and providing superior customer service all while working in a professional manner with our partnered marijuana establishments. The Cannabis Transporter reports directly to the Head of Delivery Operations. Requirements

• Age 21 or above (Required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required): Minimum driving history of 3 years
• Clean driving record (Required)
• Must be able to pass a drug screen (Required; THC is not a disqualifier)
• Ability to be flexible with varying work hours to cover all transportation needs
• Excellent verbal communication and human relation skills, with strong attention to detail
• Must successfully complete a role-specific training program
• Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner
• Must be available to work weekends and applicable holidays
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Demonstrates high emotional intelligence
• Ability to effectively multi-task
• Must be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, point of sale software, and debit terminal

Responsibilities

• Follow YGP Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations
• Provide exceptional services on behalf of your designated dispensary
• Provide product delivery service from Marijuana establishments to other Marijuana establishments
• Ensures the safe transport of product, that manifests are complete with correct information, package quantities, dates, times, and mileage
• Follow assigned randomized routes and secure delivery services with signal checks as required during each route
• Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers' expectations and builds a long-term rapport
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive customers information
• Accurately receive, prepare, and complete customers' orders and sales utilizing point-of-sale
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is stocked, clean, and in proper operational order
• Work in close coordination with a team of other Cannabis Transporters, dispatchers, and managers
• Supports the teamwork effort in both starts of day and end of day procedures
• Act as a liaison between Marijuana establishment and YGP management to continually improve the customer experience
• Appropriately escalate customer conflict or complaint, inspiring long-term patient relationships and loyalty to our brand
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
