About The Position

Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Processing Technicians to work at their production facility. This is a full-time temporary role with the potential for overtime. The position requires flexibility to work in multiple departments, attention to detail, adherence to instructions/SOPs, a professional manufacturing environment mindset, and a strong safety consciousness. For individuals who perform well, there is potential for full-time hire at the client site or placement with other Viridian Staffing clients.

Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 10 hours/day
Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands
Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
Ability to be around cannabis plant material up to 10 hours/day
Ability to wear required PPE up to 10 hours/day
Attention to detail
Willingness to take directions
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
Ability to arrive on time
Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Florida, which includes being at least 21 years of age and receiving authorization from the Florida Department of Health to work for a licensed operation
Subject to background check per the rules and regulations set forth by the State of Florida
Willingness to comply with OSHA, GMP, State of Florida, and Company regulations
