About The Position

Mint Cannabis is looking for a Product Assembly and Packaging Technician who is ready to prep, weigh, label, and pack each item with care, compliance, and consistency. This role is all about accuracy, cleanliness, and hustle — with plenty of teamwork and room to grow.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (or a combination of education and experience)
Comfort working with weights and measures in both standard and metric systems
Basic math skills and high attention to detail
Familiarity with cannabis products and general industry knowledge
Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure
A team-first attitude and willingness to support where needed
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with management to ensure product assembly and packaging is efficient and compliant
Weigh, label, and package cannabis products accurately using standard and metric systems
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in alignment with health and safety standards
Restock packaging and assembly materials to ensure continuous workflow
Operate and maintain weighing, labeling, and packaging equipment
Support quality control and compliance processes throughout product prep
