This role is for a Laboratory & Kitchen Manager in Capitol Heights, MD. The manager will set the strategic direction for laboratory and kitchen operations, coordinate with outside labs for testing standards, and manage key processes such as distillation, extraction, evaporation, formulating recipes, gummy filling/removal, and maintaining equipment standards and safety. This role also involves hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, and developing team members, as well as collaborating with leaders on timelines, inventory, production schedules, and quality standards.
