Cannabis Cultivation Harvest Technician
About The Position
Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for Temporary Cannabis Cultivation / Harvest Technicians to assist at a licensed cannabis cultivation facility in the Longview, Washington, area. As a Cannabis Cultivation / Harvest Technician, you will assist with a variety of cultivation and harvest activities within an indoor cannabis cultivation environment. Responsibilities may include cutting, deleafing/defoliation, hanging, bucking, cleaning, handling plant material, and other general cultivation and harvest duties. You should have a strong work ethic, be dependable and punctual, and be comfortable performing repetitive and physically demanding work throughout your shift. You should be able to follow instructions, maintain productivity and quality standards, and work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Comfortable performing repetitive and physically demanding work throughout your shift

Nice To Haves
- Previous hands-on experience in cannabis cultivation, harvest, agriculture, production, or a similar environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Cutting, deleafing/defoliating, hanging, bucking, and handling cannabis plant material
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Following all safety procedures, facility policies, and applicable regulations
- Performing additional cultivation, harvest, and cleaning duties as assigned
