Sweetspot is seeking knowledgeable and customer-focused part time cannabis advisor to join our beautiful new dispensary located in River Edge, NJ. As a cannabis advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the wide variety of products we offer, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Previous experience in a retail or customer service-oriented role preferred
Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that best fit their needs and lifestyle
Provide information regarding different cultivars, potency, and effects
Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and diligence
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock management
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Uphold a clean and organized workspace
