About The Position

As a Candidate Experience Specialist, you will support the recruiting function for the company. In this role, you will assist with the implementation and execution of the firm’s people strategy by managing interviews, supporting recruiters, and other various aspects of the full lifecycle recruiting process. This role is within our Talent department, which supports all service lines across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability and passion to constantly learn with career aspirations to grow of recruiting
  • Outgoing, motivated, and loves working with people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities
  • Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential
  • Candidate must reside or relocate to Houston, TX

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or sales/marketing related environment
  • Preferred experience working in an applicant tracking system

Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to Talent Acquisition leadership and coordination of day-to-day activities
  • Maintain calendars and schedules of interviews, meetings, and events both internally and externally
  • Schedule and track all interviews, offer processes, travel schedules, and event schedules
  • Interface with internal client leadership and hiring managers to ensure smooth efficiencies through the recruiting and onboarding process
  • Work with client service teams and candidates to provide status updates
  • Manage, maintain relationships, and support external agency vendors
  • Utilize and support recruiters in the applicant tracking system (ATS) with reports, data entry, and candidate management
  • Contribute to the creative talent acquisition process by proposing unique and "out of the box" ideas on marketing and events
  • Ensure the setup and breakdown of conference rooms as instructed
