The Cancer Service Lines Manager will oversee the planning and monitoring of execution of programs and services that enhance patient care and optimize resource utilization across the cancer service line. This role leverages data analysis and performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency, expand patient access, and improve patient outcomes. The Manager will also provide guidance on fiscal, capacity, and operational planning issues, ensuring that assigned programs meet institutional goals and regulatory standards. The Manager will work closely with the market development office to identify opportunities for partnerships and affiliations that support the growth and expansion of cancer programs. This position will represent assigned programs at various levels, promoting initiatives and collaborating with external stakeholders to enhance the visibility and impact of Stanford Health Care's cancer services. The Manager leads the strategic portfolio of assigned cancer programs within Stanford Health Care. This leadership role directs multi-year program strategy, growth and access initiatives, and operational excellence across the cancer service line. The Manager partners with physician leaders, School of Medicine department and research leadership, market development, operations, and cross-functional teams to drive high-impact initiatives, manage change, and ensure financial stewardship and superior patient outcomes across SHC sites.
