About The Position

We’re hiring a Camunda & Java Architect for a major enterprise transformation initiative focused on workflow orchestration, process automation, and scalable event-driven systems. This is a highly technical, hands-on architecture role ideal for someone who has deep expertise in Camunda BPM, Java/Spring Boot, Kafka, BPMN/DMN, and enterprise microservices architecture. You’ll lead the design of large-scale workflow platforms powering mission-critical business processes across complex distributed environments.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Camunda BPM (Camunda 7/8)
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
• Strong Kafka/event-driven architecture experience
• BPMN & DMN modeling expertise
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms & APIs
• Cloud & containerization experience (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong architectural leadership with hands-on coding ability

Nice To Haves

• Camunda Optimize experience
• Financial services / enterprise workflow domain experience
• DevOps & CI/CD exposure
• Camunda Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-grade workflow orchestration platforms using Camunda
• Design scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot & Kafka
• Build BPMN & DMN workflows for complex business processes
• Drive event-driven architecture and system integrations
• Integrate APIs, legacy systems, and cloud-native platforms
• Lead performance tuning, workflow governance & process optimization
• Build operational dashboards using Camunda Optimize
• Mentor engineering teams on Camunda best practices and architecture standards
