About The Position
This is an open door for students and new graduates who want to spend Summer 2027 doing real work at one of the most technically demanding firms in electronic trading. We are building a pipeline of great people and would love to meet you. This role is for students and recent graduates looking for a summer internship or a full-time role starting in Summer 2027, in one of two areas: Trading - Hands-on trading, quantitative research, and data science. Technology - Engineers of all kinds: software, hardware, data, DevOps, systems, and more. Candidates should specify which area excites them and what they would want to work on.
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals and a deep grasp of your field.
- A solid foundation that allows for quick learning of unfamiliar problems.
- Focus on understanding how things work rather than rushing to finish.
- Low ego and high collaboration, enjoying working closely with sharp people on hard problems.
- Competitive drive to perform at the highest level.
- Curiosity.

- No prior finance knowledge is required.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on trading, quantitative research, and data science.
- Engineering roles including software, hardware, data, DevOps, and systems.

- Sitting alongside traders, researchers, and engineers to understand firm operations and the impact of one's work.
