The Campus Technology Support Specialist II is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, upgrading, and supporting technology resources. This role provides technical assistance to staff to facilitate the use of technology in the classroom or office. The specialist also serves as a liaison between the CTSS team and the networking and data processing teams, and assists in the daily operation and maintenance of end-user network connectivity issues as assigned.
