About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for an Overnight Security Supervisor to lead a team of security officers. This role requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail to ensure the team is trained, motivated, and capable of identifying and escalating threats in various environments such as corporate campuses, healthcare facilities, and commercial properties. The position is located in Philadelphia, PA, with a set part-time overnight schedule on Sundays and Mondays from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, totaling 16 hours per week. An additional opportunity for extra hours as a Security Guard is available on Thursdays and Fridays. Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or GED
Able to pass an extensive screening process
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong report writing skills
Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
Strong proficiency with technology
State license if required

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of security officers on site
Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of security staff
Monitor security systems and patrols to detect any suspicious activity
Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats, and guide the team's response
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and post compliance
Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
Analyze security systems and procedures to identify potential vulnerabilities
Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
