About The Position

MNP is a leading national accounting, tax, and business advisory firm in Canada. They are seeking an inspirational, innovative, and entrepreneurial individual to join their empowered teams. This role focuses on campus recruitment in the Montreal and Quebec Regions, managing complex recruitment projects, and acting as a brand ambassador for the firm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
  • Minimum three (3) – six (6) years of demonstrated campus recruitment experience related to event management, relationship building and ability to meet targets
  • Creative ability to develop new event ideas and campus recruitment initiatives
  • Project management skills with the ability to develop event ideas, create timelines and plans and execute with results
  • Excellent written business communication, with very strong organizational skillset required
  • Bilingualism in English and French - both oral and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in progress or completed
  • Valid drivers license – some travel is required

  • Experience working in a Professional Services environment considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Take part in recruitment projects on campus in the Montreal and Quebec Regions
  • Independently manage complex campus recruitment projects as assigned including developing solutions, creating action plans and communications
  • Become a subject matter expert on the top accounting and business programs in the region and our competitor offerings while building and managing relationships with key influencers on campus
  • Manage logistics of talent attraction events including registration, communications, planning and engaging campus representatives
  • Act as an ambassador for the Firm, providing detailed information on career opportunities, Firm values, culture, business and total rewards
  • Strategizing, organizing and hosting of MNP’s annual pre-campus events – to pre-identify top talent
  • Prepare Campus presentations as required for MNP internal business, facilitate workgroups and meetings
  • Managing logistics for on-campus interview process, including liaising with co-op and employer representatives, and scheduling interviews
  • Participate in interviews when required and take care of offers
  • Attend relevant workshops, seminars and conferences and apply learning to the workplace
  • Compile campus statistical reports as required
