About The Position

This is a Part Time position, 20-25 hrs/week - including Wednesdays, Sundays, and additional weekday hours for programming and service prep. The Campus Producer is a positive, people-oriented leader who leverages technology (audio, lights, video playback) to create moments in worship services that help people connect with God. They are a natural at bringing a team together toward a common goal, and find joy in equipping others to serve through training, development, and empowerment. The role requires organization and an eye for detail. They are a servant leader who supports the worship team, campus pastor, and the team they lead, with a focus on setting others up for success.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years live production experience (paid or volunteer) preferred
  • Working proficiency in presentation software (ProPresenter, Keynote, etc.)
  • Lighting programming skills a plus, willing to learn systems a requirement (GrandMA familiarity a plus)
  • Familiarity with Audio Mixing, audio System setup, and troubleshooting skills a plus (Behrigner X32 & DigiCo experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with Video system knowledge (Projection, playback, setup, etc.) skills a plus
  • Team player, ready to do whatever is needed to accomplish the task and for it to run smoothly
  • Proven experience meeting multiple rapid deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Campus Worship Pastor in the development and training of the volunteer team
  • Provide high quality production support for weekend services, mid-week services, and events for your campus.
  • Modify ProPresenter content for events and services
  • Lighting design/programming
  • Executing stage designs
  • Scheduling volunteers
  • Print and load content for the various services and events
  • Maintain production equipment at campus by following schedule and processes established by Central Production Support
  • Manage training workflows for new volunteers in Planning Center Online & Rock (church database)
  • Operate media equipment/provide production support for various events and services
