About The Position

Alive Church is seeking a Campus Pastor to lead one of its campuses with vision, care, and a deep love for people. This full-time role reports to the Executive Pastor and oversees campus staff, the congregation, and the weekend experience. The Campus Pastor carries Alive Church’s vision and culture to the campus as a shepherd, team builder, and disciple-maker. The role is suited to someone called to pastoral ministry who is committed to developing leaders and building one church, one mission, and one culture. The successful candidate must understand, support, and protect Alive Church’s mission, values, culture, and biblical foundation.

Requirements

• A growing personal relationship with Jesus and alignment with Alive Church’s beliefs and values.
• A clear calling to pastoral ministry and a life reflecting the biblical qualifications for leaders in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
• Strong preaching, teaching, and communication skills.
• Proven experience building teams and developing leaders.
• Demonstrated leadership at increasing levels of responsibility.
• Working knowledge of budgets, systems, and campus operations.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of the Alive Church Campus Pastor Residency.
• Experience leading a campus, church launch, or expansion.
• Experience serving in a multi-campus church.
• Hands-on experience with guest connection, volunteer team, and small group systems.

Responsibilities

• Champion Alive Church’s vision, culture, and values at the campus.
• Lead healthy, prepared, spiritually alive weekend experiences, including preaching and teaching.
• Shepherd and care for the congregation through crises, transitions, and significant life moments.
• Lead, coach, and develop campus staff, Dream Team leaders, and Alive Group leaders.
• Help people move from attending to belonging and serving through Growth Track, the Dream Team, and Alive Groups.
• Reach and engage the local community through outreach and Big Serve days.
• Manage the campus budget, track key metrics, and report campus performance to the Executive Pastor.
