About The Position

The Montgomery County Campus Pastor will oversee the spiritual development, growth and care for the Campus and local community by leading and developing the staff and other high-capacity volunteers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-time ministry experience.
  • Formal Bible education, training and/or certification.
  • Experience in constructing and organizing approved financial budgets.
  • Experience in public speaking, preaching or teaching.
  • Ability to develop and grow staff/volunteers.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/ministries effectively.
  • Ability to learn/use G-Suite Apps such as docs, sheets and slides.
  • Ability to learn/use Planning Center church database software, BambooHR platform and BaseCamp 3 Project Management Software.

  • Invest and invite unchurched people to know Jesus and come to Church.
  • Financially support the mission and vision of the Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of your gross income.
  • Maintain wise stewardship measures over the remaining 90%.
  • Be punctual to all Gatherings, Conferences and Meetings.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
  • Read and sign all HR Documents.

  • Moderate/Host Gatherings
  • Oversee Execution Of Events/Conferences
  • Moderate/Host MOVE
  • Track Lead/Develop The Campus Staff
  • Oversee and approve of MC Campus staff PTO (vacation, sick days, etc).
  • Oversee planning, communication and execution of all Campus-wide events.
  • Create and consistently seek to improve Campus-specific systems.
  • Preach at Gatherings when scheduled (also being prepared to preach in the event of a livestream crash)
  • Lead Campus-Wide Grow Nights
  • Bible Studies
  • Oversee the growth and development of Campus interns throughout each semester of the Internship Experience.
  • Campus Budget development and management.
  • Participate in various strategic planning or ad-hoc meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
