About The Position
Under general supervision, assists in maintaining standards of student discipline at assigned schools and programs. Patrols the school grounds, identifying potential problems regarding welfare, safety and/or security of students, personnel, visitors and/or the site; maintains safety on campus by enforcing visitor rules and student disciplinary policies/regulations; intervenes as necessary for safety and control; reports unauthorized activities to appropriate supervisory personnel; performs related work as required. Hours are Monday through Friday 11:00 am - 02:30 pm 3.5 Hrs Per Day.

Responsibilities
- Monitor to school facilities
- Supervise students in non-classroom areas
- Observe student behavior and prevent violations and unsafe activities
- Respond to emergency situations (injury, fight)
- Tactfully and diplomatically deal with student misconduct (bullying, inappropriate language, trash clean-up, rough play, loitering
- Direct students to appropriate locations (class, school if off-site, ALC, office)
- Report unauthorized activities to office staff and admin
- Attend 'special' events (assemblies, Rally's)
- MAINTAIN STUDENT CONFIDENTIALITY
- Complete reports as needed
- Other duties as assigned by administration
