Requirements
- Must be a currently enrolled student at Campbellsville University.
- Reliable, organized, and punctual
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Comfortable working in a faith-based environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with social media, Canva, or Microsoft Office Suite a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment
Nice To Haves
- Interest or involvement in campus ministry or service-related activities
- Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for special events
- Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors to the office
- Provide general clerical support (e.g., answering phones, responding to emails, copying, filing)
- Assist in organizing and promoting ministry events, liturgies, and service projects
- Manage digital signage, and social media posts
- Maintain inventory and help with ordering supplies and materials
- Set up and take down for programs, retreats, or outreach activities
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized office environment
- Support special projects or initiatives as assigned
