STUDENT MINISTRY DIRECTOR
About The Position
Woodside Bible Church is seeking a passionate and relational Student Ministry Director to lead and grow a thriving, Christ-centered student ministry at our Farmington Hills Campus. This role is responsible for creating engaging programming, equipping volunteers, and partnering with families to help students develop a lifelong relationship with Jesus. The ideal candidate is a visionary and organized leader who loves students, builds strong relationships, and thrives in a collaborative, multi-site environment. This individual will oversee weekly student gatherings, recruit and develop volunteer leaders, and lead impactful events such as retreats, mission trips, and outreach opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; ministry-related field preferred
- Experience in Student Ministry and volunteer leadership development
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Spiritually mature, humble, and aligned with Woodside’s mission and values
Responsibilities
- Leading weekly student ministry gatherings and teaching biblical truth
- Recruiting, training, and supporting volunteer leaders
- Building relationships with students, parents, and campus staff
- Planning events, trips, and outreach initiatives
- Partnering with the broader Woodside Students team and campus leadership
