About The Position

The Campus Minister, Disciple Groups will co-labor with the campus pastors, Discipleship Director, and campus team to shepherd, equip, and mobilize the congregation at the San Pablo campus. The primary focus is to create environments where people can discover and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ, specifically through multiplying healthy disciple groups. This role involves leadership, coordination, and discipleship within the church community.

Requirements

Three to five years of ministry leadership experience.
Experience managing teams, volunteers, and/or ministry areas.
Bachelor's degree required.
Demonstrated ability to make disciples who make disciples.
Ability to learn and utilize new computer software.

Responsibilities

Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through spiritual disciplines.
Build and lead a serve staff team to execute group launch seasons three times a year, including recruitment, training, gatherings, and logistics.
Build and lead serve staff teams to execute Discover Group events multiple times each year, overseeing all related logistics.
Lead and develop a serve staff team of disciple group leaders and coaches.
Track and build healthy strategies and metrics in the Rock to increase follow-up and multiply disciple groups.
Coordinate and develop on-campus groups.
Build and coordinate teams for Monday night groups (childcare, welcome, Nehemiah, and group leaders).
Manage logistics including room reservations, safety, and security practices.
Disciple and coach on-campus group leaders.
Track and follow up on group health metrics weekly.
Collaborate with the San Pablo Discipleship Director to disciple and coach off-site groups.
Build a team of connectors and coaches to aid disciple group leaders.
Provide ministerial leadership and direction to assigned groups.
Encourage, equip, and care for leaders, connectors, and coaches.
Lead weekly worship services.
Teach Baptism and Discover Eleven22 classes.
Support the execution of communion, baptism, and other service elements.
Partner with the Campus Pastor and team to shepherd the San Pablo campus.
Perform other duties as assigned.
