About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Campus Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our San Antonio campus. This executive-level position is responsible for leading all campus functions, including Education, Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Services, Student Services, Business Operations, Facilities, and Administrative Support. The Campus Director will ensure the institution fulfills its mission, achieves operational excellence, maintains regulatory compliance, and delivers exceptional student outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong business acumen, a passion for education, and the ability to inspire faculty, staff, and students while managing a high-performing campus environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Several years of progressive leadership and administrative experience, preferably in higher education, career education, or postsecondary institutions.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational outcomes.
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and educational best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience overseeing multiple departments within a higher education or career college environment.
  • Equivalent campus leadership experience may be considered in lieu of certain educational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the campus vision, mission, and strategic initiatives aligned with institutional goals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, student success, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead campus growth initiatives.
  • Direct and oversee all campus departments, including Education, Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Services, Student Services, Facilities, and Administration.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and effective use of institutional resources.
  • Maintain compliance with accreditation standards, state regulations, and applicable federal requirements.
  • Manage campus financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit-and-loss accountability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Direct management of student accounts, collections, and financial team performance.
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-quality faculty and staff.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality student services and support systems.
  • Promote student engagement, retention, persistence, and graduation outcomes.
  • Create an inclusive and supportive campus environment that encourages academic and personal growth.
  • Partner with academic leadership to evaluate and enhance curriculum and program effectiveness.
  • Support faculty in maintaining rigorous academic standards and delivering quality instruction.
  • Monitor educational outcomes and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to develop and implement enrollment strategies.
  • Support recruitment, retention, and student success initiatives.
  • Monitor enrollment trends and develop plans to achieve growth objectives.
