About The Position

The Campus Director plays a key role in the health and growth of the campus by owning the campus engagement pathway, supporting our care systems, and overseeing Couples Group coaching structures. This position exists to help people move from attending to belonging, supporting Ada Bible’s vision of Deeper Discipleship and Wider Reach.

Requirements

  • Active member of Ada Bible Church (must be willing to become a member within 90 days of hire)

  • Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage clear and welcoming pathways that move people toward connection, belonging, and commitment at the campus.
  • Responsible for the implementation of Discover Ada, Membership classes, and follow-up processes
  • Build teams to encourage demographic engagement like 65+, young adults, singles and prayer ministries.
  • Responsible for execution of Invite Weekends
  • Analyze engagement trends and identify barriers for newcomers taking next steps church-wide vision and initiatives.
  • Support the campus pastor to build a robust and relational care system, empowering trained volunteers to respond with compassion and clarity.
  • Triage care needs in collaboration with Campus Pastor
  • Equip and deploy volunteers (e.g., prayer teams, care elders, budget coaches, marriage mentors)
  • Maintain care systems that track and follow up on care cases
  • Connect people to appropriate next steps, whether groups, counseling, or support resources
  • Provide organizational and relational support to the Couples Groups, with a focus on building healthy leaders and multiplying environments for spiritual growth.
  • Manage a coaching structure to support and encourage group leaders
  • Facilitate connection events and onboarding for new group participants
  • Collaborate with Spiritual Formation Direction to implement the Groups strategy
  • Assess care needs within the congregation and delegate to appropriate staff, volunteers, or central teams.
