Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Campus Director of Maintenance & Security position. In this role, you will provide direct technical and administrative oversight of maintenance and/or maintenance and security services for campus communities. You will also train, supervise and motivate the physical plant services staff and assume full responsibility for department performance and maintain high standards of quality.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of ten years' related building and/or environmental services experience with proven knowledge of electronics, carpentry, painting, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and commercial kitchen appliances
Minimum of five years' progressive management experience with an understanding of NFPA, EPA, and OSHA, as well as State and local life safety regulations
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
