About The Position

Serve as the campus-based digital learning specialist responsible for ensuring reliable daily technology operations, supporting digital learning needs, assisting with campus systems, social media, website updates and partnering with campus leadership to provide proactive customer service and operational support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with educational software and productivity tools
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software application or object-orientated development or scripting
  • Ability to proactively detect and resolve technical or technology-related problems
  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to train teachers and work with campus digital learning resources
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Education or school district work experience
  • Curriculum or instructional learning platform experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a member of the campus leadership team.
  • Attend campus leadership or district operations meetings as assigned.
  • Collaborate with principals and district departments to proactively address technology needs and provides digital support in presentations, trainings and digital creation.
  • Support campus readiness for testing, instructional delivery, safety systems, and major events.
  • Assist campus leaders in identifying operational technology concerns before they become disruptions.
  • Support campus emergency preparedness through technology readiness checks.
  • Assist in ensuring campus technology systems comply with district safety protocols.
  • Support daily campus technology operations to ensure classrooms, staff, and digital learning spaces remain technology-ready and operational.
  • Provide responsive, customer-focused technology support to teachers, staff, and campus leadership.
  • Assist with the setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of instructional technology devices, classroom systems, and campus software platforms.
  • Collaborate with campus and district leadership to proactively address technology needs that support instruction, safety, and campus operations.
  • Support campus technology readiness for assessments, presentations, school events, and daily instructional delivery.
  • Track all software materials and licenses, performing routine inventories and filing.
  • Comply with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rule, and local board policy.
  • Comply with all district and campus routines and regulations.
  • Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
