About The Position

At Clark Retirement, the Campus Attendant helps maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and team members at the Keller Lake Campus during overnight hours. The role includes campus security rounds, responding to resident questions and campus concerns, light housekeeping and maintenance, and routine safety checks. The position is scheduled every Saturday from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM and every Sunday from 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM.

Previous housekeeping, environmental services, security, or maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain assigned community areas so they are clean, sanitary, orderly, and presentable.
Secure the campus by completing door checks, building rounds, and parking lot rounds.
Respond to, resolve, and report safety, security, maintenance, or equipment concerns.
Perform light housekeeping and maintenance, including cleaning and restocking public restrooms, break rooms, and offices.
Operate cleaning equipment, including ride-on vacuums and hard-surface floor cleaners.
Complete routine safety checks, including fire extinguisher and exit sign inspections.
Notify appropriate care staff of concerns regarding residents.
Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and orderly.
Assist with other departmental duties as needed.
