About The Position

Since 1999, we’ve helped students in grades 1–12 reach their full potential through personalized one-to-one instruction - no classrooms of 30, no one-size-fits-all. With 25 campuses across 10 states, we create a nurturing, student-centered environment where meaningful learning happens every day. As a Campus Director, you’ll lead the campus in fulfilling our mission and vision - overseeing day-to-day operations, driving growth through strategic planning, creative sales, and community relationship-building, and shaping a school culture where students, families, and staff all thrive. This is a role for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, leads with purpose, and takes real ownership of their campus.

Requirements

• Experience in student admissions or enrollment management
• An entrepreneurial mindset - you take full control of your campus and lead with initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills - you’re comfortable navigating new challenges and finding the right path forward.
• Excellent time management - you know how to prioritize, delegate, and ensure everything gets done without doing it all yourself.
• Bachelor's Degree required
