Requirements

Be an actively enrolled undergraduate/graduate student at an active campus.
Be a former intern with Plante Moran and have signed a full-time offer.
Maintain academic success (as demonstrated by maintaining a 3.0 GPA or higher)
Continued progression towards role specific academic requirements as agreed upon in full-time offer letter
Comply with all other contingencies as agreed upon in signed full-time offer letter
Be goal-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
Be a well-networked, outgoing, creative, and adaptable member of your campus community.
Be an active participant in campus clubs.

Responsibilities

Attend virtual and/or in-person recruiting events as needed for both the duration of the school year(winter and summer).
Maintain contact with candidates who have been extended offers.
Promote Plante Moran to potential candidates and those who have been extended offers.
Refer students to recruiting events.
Be a positive representative of the firm on college or university campuses.
Be ready to share your experience at the firm(Answer questions, build rapport, etc.).
