Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service mindset and commitment to student success
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable working with diverse populations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

Nice To Haves

  • Admissions, education, or customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with financial aid processes is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and newly enrolled students throughout the admissions process
  • Follow up with students via phone, email, and in-person consultations to support enrollment and class start preparation
  • Assist students in understanding funding resources and navigating the admissions and financial aid process
  • Coordinate and schedule student appointments, orientation sessions, and campus visits
  • Maintain accurate student records and update contact history within the student information system
  • Monitor and track prospective student progression to support class start forecasting
  • Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Services, and Student Services teams to support student needs
  • Provide support for admissions events and campus engagement activities
  • Assist with admissions documentation and ensure required enrollment files are completed and compliant
  • Maintain admissions communications and campus information boards
  • Participate in weekly admissions and campus meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions
